Amanda E. Risch is a Commercial Finance and Real Estate Attorney. Ms. Risch represents both individuals and lenders regarding commercial real estate transactions and financing, having handled deals ranging from $100,000 to $100 million. She also handles matters relating to acquisition, disposition, leasing, and zoning and permitting of commercial real estate. Ms. Risch counsels corporate clients on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning and implementation, and all transactional matters.

Ms. Risch earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University, where she studied finance and business law. She graduated from Boston University School Law and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts. Before joining the firm, Ms. Risch was a legal extern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston where she handled a variety of matters including bank regulatory compliance and contractual and licensing agreements. During her time in law school, Ms. Risch served as a law clerk to the Honorable James Wexler of the Massachusetts District Court and was a member of the Boston University Review of Banking and Financial Law.
